SoundLab Nijmegen is the very first DJ and Producer student association in the Netherlands! Our aim is to bring students with a passion for electronic music together, and to simulate our members’ development and creativity. We try to achieve this by organizing all kinds of activities and events, but also by offering our members a stage. Interested in becoming a member, or are you planning an event for which you still need DJs, producers or equipment? Then you’ve come to the right place!

As SoundLab, we are engaged in bringing together students who are passionate about electronic music. We do this by organizing activities such as workshops, masterclasses, producer challenges, feedback sessions and chill sessions. Next to that, we have also put together a DJ Pool that consists of selection of our members. As a member of us you are allowed to join this DJ Pool, provided that you meet a certain set of basic DJ skills. With this DJ Pool we generate more gigs for our members, but also that external parties can find the right DJ for their parties and/or events easily. We also try to organize an external event twice a year, which gives our members the opportunity to show their skills at their own SoundLab event! So far we have only organized online events due to the Corona virus, but as soon as the measures allow it again, we hope to meet you all on the dancefloor at the first offline SoundLab event!
